Ryan Maley

With over 8 years experience in Digital Marketing, Ryan focuses on developing key marketing strategies for 360 Property Promotion, as well as delivering virtual tours for clients across all industries. 

Ryan graduated with a degree in Business and Management in 2016 whilst working full-time, and has always shown a natural propensity for business and entrepreneurism. For the past 6 years, Ryan has worked in the tourism industry, helping to develop and deliver campaigns to promote the city of Manchester. Throughout this time, Ryan has developed the skills to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, as well as a deep knowledge of the tourism industry that allows him to work seamlessly with clients in the hospitality and leisure industries. 

In his spare time Ryan has a passion for travel, sharing his journeys on his travel blog A Single Step. He also likes to relax with his fiancé Liv and cats Norah and Ralph, keeps fit by running or playing football, and always has a garden project in mind.  

Dan Maley

Dan’s key focus at 360 Property Promotion is on business development, account management and also the delivery of virtual tours across all industries. Dan has spent the last 10 years working within the Welfare industry and has worked across all roles from advisory to management including being heavily involved with contract start-ups. Prior to this he worked within the hospitality industry managing restaurants and bars which has given him a love of good food and good wine! Dan is a business management graduate and has continued his CPD with qualifications in Advice and Guidance, Equality and Diversity, and Managing Resource and Change.

In his down time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and also writes a family blog that focuses on days out and attractions across the North West and UK, with an emphasis on inclusivity and accessibility, at Walk or Wheel. When at home Dan will usually be found by his BBQ, grilling and smoking various foods, so we usually let him bring the packed lunches to work. Be sure to let him know if you have any favourites!
